public philosophy

In January 2019, I set up the Open Philosophy Network (OPN) in Brussels, Belgium, to provide a platform to explore philosophical issues in a non-academic, open setting.

The aim was to focus on philosophical issues related to emerging technologies and bring together a broad and diverse group of people to discuss them.

In addition to bringing philosophers to a number of tech events such as Open Belgium and Hack Belgium, I organised a reading group on Shoshana Zuboff’s book, The Age of Surveillance Capitalism.
